Even before applying for license most state will ask whether the agent have  done the real estate courses in accredited institution. If you want to start your real estate career in a particular state then study and pass for real estate licensing exam in that state. Sometimes you may be offered review session from the school where you have completed the course, which will be easy for you to prepare the exams well. New agents may realize that they have to recur expenditure such as gas, mobiles and postage. So it is essential to track your monthly costs closely. In addition to it, you need to arrange your tax deductions and your own health care plan.

It is necessary for you to promote the service you offer to all the people you know. So contact with your friends and relatives and tell them about what all the services you provide which will help you in promoting your service. First your communication starts orally with your clients, if they are happy about your service then you have a good chance for your referrals to grow. If you have network with various community organization in your city then it shows that your business are well informed in your city, your knowledge is appreciated by your clients and more people will trust you.

Make contact with vendors and contractors in your area  and offer them a small discount so that they are pleased with it. Time management plays a key role in it. Spend some time in answering all the messages. If you have the workload and you are not able to accommodate potential clients properly just turn down. Set a clear boundaries between your work and personal life. It is necessary to attend the courses on real estate business throughout your career as you can't put full point to learning process in real estate business.
